Rudra Nanjundappa is a successful entrepreneur, customer success consultant, and former CRM consulting practice lead, with a diverse academic background and impressive career trajectory. After realizing that his passion lay not in his first job as a design engineer, but in FORTRAN, Nanjundappa transitioned to IT, where he worked at ITC Infotech for 2.8 years before pursuing an MBA in IT and Marketing at S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research. Following his MBA, he achieved his dream of working at Infosys Technologies, a company he'd long admired. After becoming an expert in functional and CRM consulting and traveling the world for consulting assignments, Nanjundappa left Infosys to join Cognizant Business Consulting (CBC), where he eventually became India Practice Lead-CRM Consulting (Senior Manager). After 7.5 years at CBC, he joined LinkedIn's Customer Success Consulting team, where he perfected his expertise in TA consulting and established himself as Head of Customer Success Consulting, India, before co-founding his own company, YOSKA.
