Elizabeth Berkstresser is an experienced educator with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Political Science from Agnes Scott College and a Master of Education degree from Auburn University. She previously served as an English Language Arts Content Team Leader at Teach For America, where she implemented innovative teaching strategies to foster students' critical skills. Elizabeth has also been an English and Social Studies Teacher at Central Visual Performing Arts High School, an English Teacher at Central Junior High School, and a clinician at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes. Elizabeth is passionate about education and has worked as a Summer Middle School English Teacher at The Bridge in Nashville, an Intern at Emmaus House in Atlanta, and a Writing Center Tutor at Agnes Scott College's Center for Writing and Speaking.
