Irina Grigoras', a multifaceted designer and leader, boasts extensive experience ranging from graphic design to non-profit leadership. Irina studied Marketing, Non-profit Leadership, and English before obtaining her Design and Multimedia certification. After completing her formal education, Irina began working as a graphic designer for a non-profit organization, AIESEC. She later took on more challenging roles, including Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Irina's leadership, creative and communication abilities were also honed during her time as an Educational Trainer and Volunteer Activities organizer at AIESEC, Czech Republic.

As Irina's journey advanced, she built on her knowledge of design and marketing to secure roles such as Graphic Designer Lead at Granat, a UX/UI Designer at GRI Design, and Senior Graphic Designer at SWBC Mortgage. These positions provided her with an ample opportunity to enhance her expertise in areas such as UX/UI design and graphic design. Irina is also a Co-Organizer to Rockit Conference, a prestigious tech event.

In her current position at GRI Design, Irina leads a team of skilled designers, producing creative, informative and attractive designs to help businesses achieve their goals.
