Darja completed her certificate in leadership skills and personality development at Bavarian Elite-Academy, her diploma in Psychology; Industrial; Organizational Psychology & HR Management at Julius-Maximilians-University, and her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Behavior Studies at the University of Groningen.
