Marie-Claude Boyer is a bilingual professional with experience in teaching, customer service, and social adaptation. She studied Baccalauréat in Adaptation Scolaire et Sociale at Université de Sherbrooke, where she obtained a solid foundation to work with individuals who require extra support.

She started her career as a teacher, working at different schools in Quebec, Canada, such as Commission scolaire de la Rivière-du-Nord and Commission scolaire Marie-Victorin. There, she managed classrooms and developed individualized educational programs for students with different learning styles and special needs.

Later on, Marie-Claude transitioned into customer service. She worked at RONA and Le Rouet as PRÉPOSÉE, where she assisted clients in their purchases and provided excellent support. Currently, she works at Tremblant Plus Inc. as customer service supervisor, where she oversees the team's activities and ensures the client's satisfaction.
