-  Crafting compelling content to engage participants and ensure transfer of key information and core competencies (live, written and online)
-  Working with speakers to craft their content and train them to deliver  dynamic presentations (content, delivery and presentation style)
-  Providing strategic counsel and insight to clients (internal and external)
-  Setting strategic direction for overall brand and product experience

Vice President, Content Development

Serve as player, manager and coach for marketing team focused on generating leads, enhancing brand experience and driving topline revenue goals. Responsibilities included:
-  Create compelling messages and materials designed to deliver value and engage audiences through primarily a relationship-driven marketing model
-  Develop marketing automation campaigns to effectively develop and nurture leads for sales and business development opportunities
-  Provide strategic direction and execution for overall branding and positioning of product and services
-  Design marketing collateral that effectively told our story while driving people to further engage
-  Coach and develop team members so that they could be successful in both current and future roles

Marketing Director

Manage 5-member team responsible for creating and implementing aggressive communications and marketing plans in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Areas of focus include:
-  Providing strategic direction to drive initiatives
-  Creating support collateral, including releases, ads, presentations, scripts
-  Developing top-tier relationships (corporate, non-profit and media)
-  Securing and training volunteers and medical experts to serve as media spokespersons, as well as serving as spokesperson as needed
-  Managing budget and team to ensure we consistently exceeded expectations and achieved both fundraising and health impact goals

American Heart Association

Sr. Director, Communications and Marketing

Plan and execute PR/marketing tactics for clients, including strategy development, media research and analysis, writing, ally development, special events and media relations. Specific duties included:
-  Designing and implementing integrated communication/marketing plans to increase client visibility among key stakeholders and audiences
-  Researching issues and organizations to identify opportunities to develop ally and partnership networks for clients and their constituents
-  Managing project timetables and budgets

Vox Medica

Senior Account Executive

Helped manage a national health education program for the National Institutes of Health, including strategic direction, message development, project management and PR. Specific duties included:
-  Writing, developing and producing patient education publications and promotional materials
-  Planning and coordinating special events, including press launches, exhibits, presentations and meetings
-  Managing internal communications program, including e-newsletters
-  Leading Web site design team, including development and messaging
