Kurt van Kuller, CFA is a highly experienced portfolio manager and municipal bond expert with over two decades of experience in the financial industry. He studied MBA, Finance at the State University of New York at Albany, and has since built a reputation as a leading municipal analyst, buyer, and salesman.

Kurt has held several prestigious positions throughout his career, including Managing Director (Head of Public Finance) for Corporate Banking at MUFG Union Bank, N.A., Institutional Sales/Research at Northeast Securities, Inc., Portfolio Manager at Sit Investment Associates, Inc., and Director of Municipal Credit Research at Merrill Lynch.

He is an award-winning generalist with expertise in Housing bonds and mortgages, municipal high yield trading, Tender Option Bonds, State and local HFAs, and bank liquidity and money market structures.
