Mike Medves is an accomplished Business and Technology Consultant with over two decades of experience working in professional services organizations across Australia and internationally. He is passionate about designing and implementing innovative cloud solutions that drive valuable business outcomes for clients. With CRM expertise across Sales, Service, and Marketing, Mike is also an adept consultant for engagement management on large-scale projects, solution design, and pre-sales activities on various cloud platforms.

Mike began his career at EY Management Consulting as a Consultant. He then went on to work for Unisys as an Applications & Architect Analyst and Telstra as a Lead Test Analyst, where he honed his skills in technical leadership and software testing. He joined Cloud Sherpas (now part of Accenture) as a Managing Consultant, progressing to the role of Solution Architecture Director and then ServiceNow Delivery Director. Mike was also appointed COO and Solution Architect at Franchise Cloud Solutions and Solution Architect at Hire A Hubby, where he demonstrated his exceptional technical knowledge and ability to optimize business processes.

Most recently, as Power Platform Lead and previously Engagement Manager at Barhead Solutions, Mike helped establish a world-class delivery practice for clients leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform on Azure. He has a B Science degree from the University of New South Wales.
