Celia Roldan has over 20 years of solid professional experience, having worked with various companies to develop businesses in the renewable energy industry. She holds a bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences from the Universidad de Córdoba, a master's degree in Electricity Market and Renewable Energies from the Universidad Europea, and a certification from the International Coach Federation in Coactive-Coaching.

Roldan is currently the Business Development Manager for Iberia Solar PV & Storage at Shell, responsible for developing the solar PV and storage business for Shell in Spain and Portugal. Prior to her current role, she held various managerial positions such as Business Development Manager for Renewable Energy Storage at Gamesa Electric, Head of Business Development for the Energy Unit at Zigor Corporación, and Business Intelligence Specialist for Solar PV at ABB.

She has experience in cross-functional collaboration, leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills, having led multicultural teams in Australia, Japan, Italy, and Spain. Her roles have involved developing solar, wind, microgrid, and storage businesses across the world.

Roldan is dedicated to lifelong learning, regularly participating in webinars and conferences on topics such as economics, finance, and energy. She has completed a coaching certification to deepen her skills in supporting others to reach their full potential.
