Jordan Metoyer, a first-generation college graduate, is a Juris Doctor candidate with an impressive professional background that spans from the Obama Administration to the Middle East and China. With a bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and a master's degree in global affairs from Tsinghua University, Jordan is a Harry S. Truman Scholar and Schwarzman Scholar committed to global education, gender empowerment, and financial inclusion. Her experience includes working at the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs and Office of Management and Budget, before moving on to work in China for JD.com and in Dubai for the Museum of the Future. Currently, she is also contributing to a United Nations report on financial inclusion innovation in the Middle East and North Africa region. In recognition of her public service contributions, she has been praised by former Harvard President Drew Faust and featured in Business Insider and Austin Monthly.
