Joshua Stiksma is a seasoned game developer with over a decade of experience in the industry. With a passion for creating fun and memorable gameplay experiences, he has worked in various high-profile roles, including Principal Engineer & Design Director at Polyarc, Senior Designer at Bungie, and Design Lead at Bioware.

Stiksma is skilled in defining design vision, establishing scalable system specifications, driving iteration of content, identifying project risks and constraints, and improving workflows. He is proficient in programming languages such as C# and C++ and has extensive experience with world-class toolsets.

He holds a B.Sc. in Computing Sciences with a Business Minor from the University of Alberta.
