Murray Grubb is a seasoned Customer Experience (CX) sales professional with extensive experience in enabling traditional and heavily regulated industries through digital transformation. In his current role, he is responsible for the largest enterprise Strategic Accounts and the Aviation space across Europe at Oracle, with a focus on delivering world-class customer experiences.
Murray holds personal expertise in Business Transformation and Digital Adoption, where he has helped various customers implement innovative customer engagement solutions, promoted service excellence to both internal and external markets, and assisted in the alignment of operational strategies with a suitable technology roadmap. His educational background includes studying Mathematics, Languages, and Science at Glenrothes High School and completing a Meta Change Work Practitioner, Ericksonian Hypnosis, TFT Algorithm, and Advanced Meridian at Progress Therapy Training International.
