Brad Henrickson is a seasoned technology leader with a diverse range of experiences. He has founded companies and built products, cultivated organizations, and driven culture and results through highly dynamic environments. He has an extensive range of skills, including building recruiting and hiring pipelines, organization design, people management, product management, board representation, budgeting, performance management, culture advocacy, and delivery of critical technical projects.

Brad studied Computer Science at the University of Washington and the University of Minnesota. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in various organizations, such as Scoop Technologies, Earnest Inc., Keen IO, Zoosk, and Microsoft Corp, where he honed his skills and applied them to various areas, including software engineering and research. He is also one of the organizers of the San Francisco CTO Club and a former leadership coach.
