Maria Gagliano is a publishing industry veteran who has excelled in a range of positions from editorial assistant to senior editor to co-founder of her own magazine. She leverages her extensive experience to help business leaders and entrepreneurs create and publish bestselling books. Gagliano graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in English (Creative Writing). After graduation, she started her career as an Editorial Assistant at Random House before moving on to Perigee Books and later to Penguin Group USA where she worked as a Senior Editor for three imprints: Portfolio, Sentinel, and Current. She then co-founded Slice Magazine and worked as its Business Director. Maria now co-owns The Pub Pros and MVG Books, where she provides ghostwriting, editing, and book publishing consulting services.
