Katherine Mott is an accomplished professional with an impressive educational background in Political Science and Business Administration from Northwestern University and the Kellogg School of Management. With years of experience leading organizations, Mott has honed her skills in operations management, executive leadership, college programs, and business development.

Mott currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History. Prior to this, she was the CEO of Let's Get Ready, Director of College Programs at Management Leadership for Tomorrow, and Executive Director of Citizen Schools and Reach: Rewarding Achievement. Mott also worked as Operations Director and Center Director at Kaplan Test Prep and as an Associate Director of Admissions and Associate Director at Northwestern University.
