Emba Rosalind Knox-McDaniel is a highly experienced and compassionate people leader who has spent 29 astonishing years developing future leaders and leading them. She pursued a Master of Human Resource Management in personnel administration and general at Utah State University and an Executive Masters of Business Administration in Business Management and Organizational Health at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management with an impressive 3.8 GPA. She also holds a Senior Claims Law and Insurance degree from American Education Institution and a B.I.S Bachelors in Integrated Studies from Weber State University.

Emba has worked in various reputable organizations during her career. She is currently serving as a Business Mentor at Menttium Corporation, where she provides mentorship to business leaders. Emba has formerly worked with Allstate in different managerial and leadership roles ranging from Claim Field Director, Claims Service Manager, Market Claims Manager, frontline performance leader, and Claims Adjuster. She has also been a Tax Examiner at the Internal Revenue Service.
