Claudia Santos is an Americas & Global Sustainability Geoanalytics Solution Lead, helping to monitor sustainability grievances in agriculture. With 8 years of experience at Cargill, Claudia has worked her way up from Jr GIS Analyst to Senior GIS Analyst, Pl GIS Analyst, and GIS Specialist before taking on her current role. Prior to her work at Cargill, Claudia was a GIS Analyst at Bradar - Embraer Defesa & Segurança, where she implemented the 5`s program and was part of the Kaizen team. Claudia's background also includes a variety of other experiences, including a cultural exchange as an Aupair in America, volunteer work at INPE - National Institute of Spatial Research in the Air Quality Bio-monitoring, and work as a Gis Technique at FUNCATE- National Foundation of Science. Claudia attended the University of Vale do Paraíba where she conducted research on environmental impact and river basin assessment.
