At Google, she served as the COO of The Google Operations Center, a successful independent business that she designed, launched, and grew from a concept into an operating business. She led the launch of this new business within nine months and scaled it to almost two thousand employees in two international locations within its first year of operations.

Prior to this role, Sara served as Group Product Manager for Google Maps & Local Search (GEO), Senior Product Manager at Nest, Product Manager, and Sales Strategy & Operations Specialist at Google. Before joining the tech industry, Sara was a Jr. Professional Assoc with The World Bank, working on South Asia human development.
