Mark Spina is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in developing and managing multi-site, for-profit healthcare companies. He has worked for public, private, and venture-funded firms, and has successfully closed acquisition transactions totaling over $500 million, including skilled nursing facilities, home care agencies, institutional pharmacies, and rehab firms. Mark has generated EBITDA of about $27 million annually and has taken care of management of 250 on-site employees and over 150 physician partners. Mark's education includes a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies/Affairs from the University of Connecticut.
