Flippin Series is a mobile app dedicated to improving the social connectivity between clients and those who operate in the residential and commercial real estate market. The market served includes real estate agents, interior designers, contractors and trades and a host of other complimentary occupations through which transparency, accessibility and connectivity has been enhanced.

- Directed the HR department establishing policies and procedures in accordance with ESA, AODA, Bill 148 and other provincial and federal labour acts.

Human Resources Manager / Operations

- Implemented an automated notification and processing procedure to ensure the payment of accounts payable thereby saving overhead in late fee and service fee transactions.
- Reconciled Traffic Operation visa accounts and other payables and sent to finance for approval through the computerized accounting system.
- Developed and supervised a departmentwide intranet so that the public works and engineering departments could share and streamline information flows.
- Utilizing proactive project management tools and resources effectively the intranet was developed over the course of two months with senior management being able to test and approve the first information pieces in three months.

- Constructed new marketing efforts in conjunction with online blogs, website content and social media platforms to achieve a 10 percent organic growth in the young family demographic along with a 15 percent growth rate in donations.
- Conjointly lead a cost analysis and break-even analysis for performances and set donation and sponsorship benchmarks.
- Increase concert attendees from 300 to 800 through developing a market penetration strategy from aggregate data collected over an eight-week period.
- Proficiently managed and executed a large multi-vendor event for Ancaster Farmers’ Market over a three-year event planning period.
- Increased organic vendor growth at the Ancaster Farmers’ Market from 14 to over 20 vendors by leveraging client relations coupled with creative solutions to farmer’s key needs including budgetary constraints.
- Developed and oversaw catering, cleaning, and other service provider contracts for the venue.

Marketing and Concert Manager

- Assistant to the Accounts Payable Department. This position alleviated work load on the accounting department and sped up internal and external flows of cash in order to repay debts and reinvest in projects.
- Established many credit application for suppliers. This enabled Terrafix to continue daily operations on project sites and in the home office.
- Maintained inventory of parts and various products which aided the company to keep running inventory records as well as to fill orders for low inventory parts.
- Assisted in the beginning start-up of the company. The company (originally German) opened its doors in Canada. Having Canadian employees which are knowledgeable about Canadian business practices aided in the foundation of the business.

Assistant to the Accounts Payable Department

- Improved village marketing through the creation of computer generated advertisements. Such advertisement increased brand recognition and awareness of village companies.
- Assisted in the managing and organizing of staff and vendors for various village events which resulted in timely and effective completion of events.
- Increased information about the village for tourism purposes and for specific events in the Ancaster village (I.E. Canadian Open and Cash Mob). Such promotions aided in strengthening the Ancaster BIA’s image and capabilities for clients.
- Improved customer retention levels by training five new volunteers in customer service expectations according to BIA and Ancaster Farmers’ Market policies and procedures. This enabled the continuance of quality service for the Market and socialized the new employees to company norms and expectations.
- Produced important documents electronically for the Chair of the Ancaster BIA. This improved internal communication between employees and management as well as improved the speed of communication within the company.
