He is a trusted and respected advisor to executive leadership, general management, staff, vendors, and customers, having managed and grown multi-million-dollar programs in the entrepreneurial, corporate, and government sectors. Formerly serving as a director of engineering and strategy consultant, chief technology officer, and director of hardware development, Mr. Howard's experience also includes senior mechanical engineering roles at NASA and Bigelow Aerospace LLC.
