Rory Douglas
Rory Douglas is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the industry. He earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.), cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.S., cum laude, in Political Science from Northeastern University. He has also studied at Boston College Law School and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
With senior legal counsel experience at Mirakl and Mimecast, he has a strong background in commercial law and IT sourcing and negotiation. Prior to that, he was a contracts and licensing specialist at Pegasystems and a contracts specialist at Iron Mountain. He also worked as a legal intern at Raytheon and served as a judicial intern at Suffolk Superior Court for Hon. Justice Patrick F. Brady.
