Gabriella Alziari is a highly qualified professional in the fields of Organizational Behavior, Leadership Development, and Learning & Development. After achieving her Magna Cum Laude Bachelor's Degree in English Literature at Kenyon College, she continued to study English Literature & Theology at the University of Oxford. Alziari also earned a Distinction in MSc Human Resources - Organizational Behavior at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

With proven experience in performance management, coaching, organizational development, employee engagement, and talent strategy, Gabriella has held numerous positions with prestigious organizations. Before becoming a Bunch Leadership Coach & Behavioral Designer, she founded Alziari Coaching LLC and worked for Accenture as Performance Associate Manager, Talent COE, HR Career Advisor - Talent Supply Chain, and Recruiter.

Outside of the workplace, Gabriella Alziari is an accomplished poet and motivational coach. Her recently published debut poetry book "Healing" is available on Amazon. Gabriella also enjoys writing poetry, offering career and personal development coaching, and spending time in nature.
