With over 25 years of experience in the talent industry, Tina excels in connecting executives with the right talent nationally, using both full-time and fractional resources.

She is driven by curiosity, integrity, and a strong desire to help others succeed, particularly focusing on working with organizations that value respect and offer great work culture environments.

Tina is passionate about working with founders to build out their executive teams and has a solutions-driven approach to finding the best talent.

She is an advocate for women in business and actively serves on boards to empower female leaders to achieve their highest potential.

Tina holds a Master's degree in CDFR with a focus on math and science from East Carolina University, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in CDFR from the same institution. She also studied science at North Carolina State University.
