Rory Dennis is an accomplished corporate finance professional with over 13 years of experience, specializing in M&A/Lead Advisory and Transaction Services. He started his career in Nottingham at Tenon Corporate Finance and has since worked at various organizations, including RSM Tenon, Baldwins Accountants, and BDO UK LLP. Throughout his career, he has earned numerous accolades and promotions, demonstrating his remarkable talent and skill in the field. In 2013, he became ACA qualified and rejoined Tenon Corporate Finance as a manager in the Nottingham office. After the partner departures from RSM, he moved to Baldwins, where he worked his way from Senior Executive to Manager in the Corporate Finance Lead Advisory team. At BDO UK LLP, Rory was promoted from Senior Manager to Assistant Director in the M&A team and was responsible for the day-to-day project management of private company mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and management buy-outs/buy-ins.

Apart from his professional career, Rory is a committed family man with two children and maintains an active interest in rugby. He is always excited to participate in social events, particularly those with a sporting angle.
