Kristy-Lee Billett is an experienced HR Manager and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience working with small to medium-sized businesses. She has a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Psychology and Criminology from Western Sydney University and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University.

Kristy-Lee's expertise lies in helping business owners reduce the stress and headaches associated with managing staff. She is the founder of Your People Powered Business and The People Powered Business Podcast. Through her work, Kristy-Lee provides outsourced HR management, complete HR services, and individual consulting and coaching to businesses.

Prior to founding Your People Powered Business, Kristy-Lee held executive positions at several recruitment and HR firms, including The Footprint Group, Footprint HR, and Footprint Recruitment Pty Ltd. She also served as Branch Manager - Commercial, Central Coast at Adecco and Rehabilitation Consultant at Recovre.
