Rich Hutnik
Rich Hutnik, a self-employed published game designer and owner of 6FeetGames.com, studied at Marist College and Clarkson University. With a Master's degree in Information Systems/Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Management, Rich has extensive experience in the technology industry. From his beginnings as an IT specialist at IBM to his roles as Tier 1 technical support for Apple at Kelly Services and Web Developer/Support at NY State, Rich's work has focused on end-user support and community management.
As Creative Director and Manager for The Game Changer Channel: Classic Games Redefined channel on YouTube, Rich has also contributed to the gaming industry. He's owned IAGO World Tour Enterprises, worked as an agent at NexxLinx, and coordinated the Helpdesk (level 1 and 2) contract for IBM. He's also experienced in customer support as he was previously a Community Manager at C.A.D.E.R.S and worked in End-User Support in the medical industry.
This year, Rich has set his sights on nothing, as he believes it's something worth mastering and a measure of his other potential achievements. With a varied career in technology, gaming, and customer support, Rich brings a wealth of expertise in end-user support and community management to any team he works with.
