Scott Sorheim is a seasoned professional with years of experience in software development, lean manufacturing, and manufacturing operations. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University, Scott's passion for eliminating information frustration has led him to implement technology solutions to solve people's problems.

Scott has held various positions in different organizations throughout his career. He was the Continuous Improvement Manager at LeClaire Manufacturing, where he streamlined operations and reduced waste. As a Department Manager at Pella Corporation, Scott led a team responsible for developing new products and improving existing ones. As an Engineer at Pella Corporation, Scott designed and developed products and processes.

Currently, Scott is the President at Lean Technologies, Inc. where he works on eliminating inefficiencies in processes by implementing lean manufacturing strategies. His specialties include ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, and development of software solutions.
