Currently heading a procurement department with Group Procurement at DNB (acting Head until September 2016). Responsibility covers a range of supplier markets, making sure DNB has sound and consistent sourcing routines, ensuring loyalty to existing contracts and building a procurement function that enables excellence in business operations and vendor partnerships. Overarching goal is to buy better, smarter and faster while maintaining and building a lojal base of high quality suppliers to DNB. Other work includes organisational development, project management, continuous improvement and management of a great team, reqruitment of talents, cost initiative follow-up, aligning operation to shifting business needs within DNB. Management of CSR themes and projects in DNB. Equator Principles in project finance, CSR guidelines for corporate credit, UN Global Compact, CSR reporting to investors, stakeholder engagement, conference management.

Analysis and management of prospects and existing public/non-public portfolio companies with Group Investments in DNB. Board representation, business development, trade sales, workouts and distressed debt.

Investments in third world countries to enable private sector growth, increasing the availability of risk capital. Analysis of prospects and follow-up on portfolio companies in emerging markets. 5 months stay abroad at regional office in San Jose, Costa Rica.
