Victor Edward Eckard is a highly skilled media and entertainment industry executive with extensive experience in traditional broadcasting and digital media. He has held various executive positions in reputable organizations both locally and internationally, including M-Net, DStv Digital Media, and Off the Fence. Victor has effectively managed various high-impact projects in content sales and distribution, contract management, project management, and general management. He is adept at strategy and business development, content operations, and international format productions.

Victor holds an MBA from Wits Business School, a Level 5 Diploma in Applied Financial Trading from the London Academy of Trading LAT, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurship from the University of South Africa. He currently serves as the Managing Director of WaterBear Network, a multimedia platform dedicated to environmental issues.
