Eric Johansen is an accomplished human resources professional with over 13 years of experience managing human resources in both the private and public sectors. He is currently the Director of Human Resources at a regional Land Planning and Design firm with two branch offices. Eric is highly skilled in recruitment and has extensive experience in developing and implementing effective HR policies and programs. He is a certified Excellence in Government Fellow and has studied Political Science at the University of North Georgia and Diversity and Inclusion for HR at Cornell University. Eric has held various positions in both the US Army and the US Department of State, including serving as a Bureau Human Resource Officer.
