Yue Chen is an accomplished professional with a versatile background in finance, conservation, and environmental sustainability. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has studied Executive Education Certificate in Conservation and Environmental Sustainability from Columbia University in the City of New York. She is also a Certificate holder in Financial Technology Option from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Chen's professional experience includes working as the Sustainability and Climate Initiatives Director at the New York State Department of Financial Services. She has also served as the Director of Conservation Investments at The Nature Conservancy and has worked in a management position at Royal Bank of Canada Global Arbitrage & Trading. Additionally, she has held various senior roles in financial management, including Vice President and Associate at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and Director at Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
