Jonathan Carter is a highly skilled design engineer with extensive experience in the design, build, and testing of advanced aerostructures for milestone aircraft. His expertise includes composites and manned space planes, eVTOL aircraft, and world's largest aircraft. Jonathan studied Mechanical Engineering at Colorado State University, where he also conducted research as a Research Assistant.

He has worked as a Sr. Staff Engineer at Wisk and as a Sr. Design Engineer at Kitty Hawk. He was also a Project Engineer at Scaled Composites, where he contributed to the development of the Stratolaunch, SpaceShipTwo, and WhiteKnightTwo aircraft.
