With 15 years of leadership experience, she has worked in HR Tech, FinTech, on-line cloud video, security, and data center sectors for both startup and Fortune 500 companies. Dana holds degrees from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Santa Clara University in engineering management and leadership, computer science, and mathematics.

As the Director of Incident Management and Customer Response (Global) at VMware, Dana brings in-depth experience working across multiple geographies and disciplines, deploying solutions to customers and ensuring their success through renewals and expansions.
