Paul Council III is a social entrepreneur, consultant, and manager who is committed to making a positive impact on society. He is the founding partner of Korphal LLP and has worked with Koalesce, LLC, the Koalesce Foundation, and Community Health Innovations of RI. Paul also served as a Co-Chair for Protection and Advocacy for Individuals with Mental Illness and was a Wellness and Recovery Coordinator at MHCA/Oasis. He is a former intern at the Mental Health Association of RI, an intern and lead wellness coach at The Providence Center, and a strategist/paralegal at Chartis. Paul has a degree from Groton School, a BA in Biology from Duke University, and has studied Organizational Change Management at New School University and Health Policy at Yale University School of Medicine. He has also held leadership positions in organizations such as Recovery Oriented Systems of Care and Ashoka.
