Sales Manager North America

Contribute to the development, implimentation and maintenance of Emirates strategy to achieve targets for the US Tour Operator and Leisure markets.

Monitor and market competitor activity for all the leisure segments and recommend price and marketing initiatives to attain the commercial objective.

Research, identify and recommend appointment of Tour Operatyiors and new Leisure Travel Agencies.

Ensure all marketing funds are directed to strategic or tactical revenue generation schemes in accordance with the US marketing plan.

Ensure EK fares and tariffs are distributed effectively and adequate training is provided to the trade to ensure optimum use of the EK route system and value added products.

Develop and negotiate incentive agreements with Tour Operators and Travel Agencies.

Co-ordination with Sales Managers to develop sales and marketing strategis for this Market segment (prepare a yearly marketing plan for all key accounts.)

Her experiences living and working abroad in Europe and the Middle East enables her to offer a rich perspective on economic and subtle cultural nuances generally not known to persons less familiar with the environments.  Prior to joining the agency, was worked for leading destination management companies specializing in incentives, up-market groups and VIP’s in the Arabian Gulf Area.
