Glen Burnett is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience building solutions across the developing world, emerging, and frontier markets. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business with an MBA degree and also earned a BA in his undergraduate years at Beloit College.
As a Technical Director at Resonance, Glen has demonstrated high levels of technical and managerial leadership competencies, as well as interpersonal and analytical skills. He has been instrumental in cultivating team knowledge and talent, building relationships, and using design thinking and systems thinking to bring organizations together.
Before Resonance, Glen served as Director at The Global Knowledge Initiative, Director of US Operations at Practical Action, and CX Program Manager at NII Holdings, Inc. (Nextel in Latin America). He has also held various managerial and programmatic roles earlier in his career, including Business Development Manager at CARANA Corporation, Program Manager at Agora Partnerships, Small Enterprise Development PCV at Peace Corps.
