I led a global uplift of our web navigation which involved a technology migration and consolidation of thousands of legacy assets, developing a service API for hundreds of internal and external consumers, and a re-architect of our assets to optimize performance, SEO, accessibility, information architecture and usability.

Consulted with the Co-founder and Product Manager of Vango, an original art marketplace which has been featured in the iOS app store as "Best New App, to propose data-driven and user-centered strategies to reassess market positioning and increase revenue by refining the product roadmap.  My team performed an in-depth analysis of Vango's iOS application, redefined target personas, conducted usability tests, performed interviews, tested various iterations of prototypes using AB testing, managed stakeholders and conducted market research on the potential expansion into the Apple TV and Android markets.

During my tenure, sales doubled year over year with an accumulated value surpassing $800 million, and our properties sold on average at 102% of the original price, creating profitable earnings for our sellers.
