Darius Lomsargis is a certified team coach, entrepreneur, mentor, and online events manager with over 12 years of experience in the field of EnterTraining and team development solutions. He is also an official facilitator of the FreshBiz game and a representative of the international team-building network Catalyst Global in Lithuania. Alongside co-owning the agency ŪPAS Events, Darius is also the moderator of EnterTraining programs. He specializes in employee training and motivation, leadership and teamwork, creativity and innovation, business development and growth, and marketing and sales strategies.

Darius has pursued education in Workplace coaching and Team coaching at Erickson Coaching International, and he holds a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Management from Vilnius Tech - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. He is also the managing partner of Catalyst Baltic and a former co-founder of all4one.

Darius has held leadership positions in numerous organizations such as the Entrepreneurs Club (LT), Hercules Trophy Baltics, and Omnitel, where he served as a Direct Sales team leader. As the former Director of Sales & Marketing at Baltic Freight Services and Sales Manager at Narbutas & Ko, he honed his expertise in sales, marketing, and management.
