Marcio Berger is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years of experience in general management, marketing, and sales. He has worked with some of the top brands in the retail industry for Latin America, serving as Country Manager at Shamir Brasil and Regional Sales Director for Crocs, Inc. Additionally, he has held international sales and management roles at companies like Oakley and Luxottica Brazil.

Marcio has a wealth of expertise in developing commercial and promotional marketing strategies, brand management, analyzing market share, and shopper behavior. He is highly skilled in defining product portfolio, volume, price, promotions, and sell-out analysis. Marcio is also experienced in preparing annual budgets and sales forecasts, identifying business opportunities and executing M&A deals.

Marcio's background as a Supervisor Comercial at Vivara and Gerente de Atendimento at IZIDORO COMUNICAÇÃO LTDA has given him valuable insights into managing teams and building successful working relationships with domestic and international distributors.

Marcio is co-founder and CEO of Peak Invest Brasil, and he has an MBA in Retail Management from FIA USP and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidade Paulista. He also completed a Pre-MBA course in Management and Marketing at UC San Diego.
