Josh Brence is a highly experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a demonstrated history of success in technical, professional, executive, and college recruiting. He has developed strong account relationships and managed all aspects of recruitment, including recruiting process development, system implementations, and testing of HRIS/ATS applications, employment branding, EEOC/OFCCP compliance, vendor management, negotiation, facilitation of recruitment training, and advanced recruitment/sourcing strategy.

Josh holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Management with an HR Emphasis from the University of Colorado at Boulder - Leeds School of Business. He has worked with several notable organizations, including Ball Aerospace, Fawn Ridge Group, Ibotta, Inc., IHS Markit, GTRI, ClearChoice Dental Implant Center, Baxter Healthcare, DISH Network, Robert Half International/ Accountemps, MAXIMUS, and Penton Media.

Aside from his work, Josh enjoys competing in triathlons, playing beer-league softball, and spending time outdoors camping, hiking, and indulging in craft beer. He is a proud Colorado native and a fan of the Denver Broncos and winter sports.
