Chase Salsbury is an accomplished optical engineer with a background in optical sciences and engineering. Salsbury obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree, as well as a Ph.D. in Optics/Optical Sciences from the University of Arizona.

Throughout his career, Salsbury has contributed to various organizations as an Optical Test and Development engineer at Waymo, a Technical Staff member at Äpre Instruments, Inc., and as an Assistant Staff member at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Additionally, he worked as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant while he earned his degrees from the University of Arizona.

Salsbury also uses his skills and knowledge to aid in research project assistance at the University of Arizona, research experience at Colorado State University, and as a laboratory assistant. His knowledge base has positioned him as a team lead in the University of Arizona's College of Engineering Senior Design Project.

Salsbury's expertise lies in optical engineering, research and development, and testing. His notable experiences in these areas also include optical systems engineering and product development. Salsbury's career interests include optics, photonics, and related technologies.
