Michael Foster

Michael Foster is a distinguished individual who has dedicated his life to serving his country and community, aspiring to be remembered as a faithful father, devoted husband, and a trustworthy servant of others.

His academic journey includes studying General Studies at Stone Mountain High School, pursuing a National Security Fellowship at Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and obtaining a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Michael has held various significant roles throughout his career, showcasing his leadership and management skills. He founded and presides over North Arrow Leadership LLC, and served in the U.S. Army in roles such as Idaho and Oregon Inspector General, Executive Officer to SACEUR, Brigade Commander at 173rd Airborne Brigade, Battalion Commander in prestigious divisions like the 75th Ranger Regiment and 82nd Airborne Division, and Director of Joint Interagency Task Force.
