Brian Rumao is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in managing strategic initiatives and operational rhythms of businesses. He is currently the Vice President and Chief of Staff to the Executive Chairman at LinkedIn, and Managing Director of Next Play Ventures. With six years of experience as the Chief of Staff to the CEO, Jeff Weiner, Brian worked alongside LinkedIn's executive team, leading the company's growth strategies for consumer and enterprise product offerings. Prior to LinkedIn, Brian worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company in Los Angeles. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. Brian is also a First Mover Fellow of the Aspen Institute and serves on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of the Peninsula.
