Leah Hynes

Leah Hynes is a highly experienced communication and marketing professional with more than 17 years of industry experience. She has a robust background in public relations, community engagement, and marketing disciplines. Hynes is a graduate of Queensland University of Technology, where she studied a Bachelor of Business with a Communication Major and Public Relations Extended Major, and The University of Queensland, where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

Hynes began her career in public relations and community engagement, during which she honed her skills in leadership, team management, event management, and organization. In 2013, she co-founded The Connection Effect, a personal development business that offered mentorship, coaching, and training to entrepreneurs and small business owners in communication and community engagement. She then worked as a Freelance Senior Copywriter at Live Your Legend, helping businesses execute their marketing strategy.

Currently, Hynes is a Senior Marketing Manager at Knowledge House, where she focuses on marketing strategy, content strategy, campaign management and optimization, and business analytics and reporting. Her primary interest is to work with clients to help them consistently and persuasively communicate their unique brand position. She brings a sharp focus to delivering a consistent return on their investment in strategic marketing services.
