Ritesh Rao is a seasoned business leader with over 14 years of experience in managing Integrated Business. He is currently leading the Mumbai Branch for Creativeland Asia, with a key focus on Business Planning, Unit profitability, and Client Leadership. He leads the Operations, Media team along with Planning, Creative and Design to achieve marketing objectives. Ritesh has been associated with several prestigious brands like Pizza Hut, Mercedes-Benz India Limited, Indian Hotels Company Limited, JetPrivilege, Godrej Consumer Products Limited, Dominos, United Colors of Benetton, Indian Express, MTS India and Parle Agro group in the past.

Ritesh started his career with Lowe Lintas - Linteractive (Lintas Personal back when he joined) in 2006 - 2011 which helped him gain valuable experience on how an agency functions. He then moved to Isobar - Aegis Media, where he worked for 2.5 years, this proved to be a springboard for his career. He worked on clients such as Kellogg and P&G and built his knowledge for Digital and media operations. Ritesh has specialized in Business Planning, Client leadership, Brand Planning, Idea Generation, and People Management over the course of his career.

Ritesh completed his Bachelor of Commerce education at Thakur College. He also studied at St Xavier's High School.
