Clare Stafford Taylaur is an experienced Organisational Psychologist, Facilitator and Executive Coach, with a remarkable 17-year corporate background. She is the Founder and CEO of Conscious Consulting, which works with organisations to help them grow healthily by aligning their values and culture. Clare holds several qualifications, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Leading and Facilitating Transformative Change: Organisation Development from a Systemic, Gestalt & Complexity Perspective (Metanoia Institute), a B.Sc. (Hons) in Psychology and is also a Chartered Member of the CIPD. She is passionate about coaching leaders and creating Executive Retreats to spur personal and collective transformation among groups. Prior to setting up Conscious Consulting, Clare led the Human Capital function for a global investment and asset management firm.

Throughout her professional journey, Clare has worked with several top-tier organizations, including Mubadala Development Company, Injazat Data Systems, Kelly Services, and Kokonoe Board of Education - Japan.
