Fairygodboss is the largest career community for women. Over 7 million female job seekers use FGB to apply to jobs at companies that care about gender diversity. My job is to partner with enterprise organizations helping them to share the story of why they're a great place for women to work while drastically increasing their applications to their hardest to fill roles.

-  Promoted to full lifecycle, Enterprise Account Executive after 6 months at organization
-  Controlled entire deal cycle: prospecting into untapped Retail & CPG verticals, relationship management, and contract negotiations
-  Prospected and built relationships with senior-level talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, employer branding and HR leaders within Fortune 500 companies
-  Signed flagship clients including: Walmart, Grubhub, Kraft Heinz, Kohl’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Credit Suisse, and Wayfair resulting in an increase in ARR of $310,000 and an annual ACV of $44,000 (5% higher than the average all-vertical ACV)
-  First rep to close a multi year deal
-  Scaled cold outbounding by 100% while subsequently training new hires on outreach tools and targeted messaging strategies
-  Trained and coached new AE’s to decrease ramp time and increase team productivity

-  Prospected key accounts for VP of Sales and Co-founder/President through email, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and vendor events
-  Designed, optimized, and regularly updated master sales deck for new business team
-  Coordinated conferences across the country including booth design, production of promotional material, and planning of customer appreciation and prospecting dinners for talent acquisition and employer branding leadership
