Maxwell Riesberg is an accomplished founder and chief executive with a history of success in the entertainment industry. He has built thriving companies in some of the most fiercely competitive areas by producing breakthrough content that captivates audiences. A graduate of Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, Riesberg founded Paradise Creative, an acclaimed advertising agency that specializes in digital campaigns and theatrical trailers for television shows and films. As CEO, he transformed Paradise Creative into an enviable industry force, building a team of more than 30 employees and clients such as Netflix, Amazon Studios, and Warner Bros. His company's work earned a vast array of awards, including multiple Clio Award wins.
Before Paradise Creative, Riesberg co-founded Lord Danger, a boutique commercial production company. He developed a much sought-after roster of Directors, booking and producing works, from conceptualization to post-production. Lord Danger and its clients delivered music videos for some of the largest names in music, such as J. Cole, Steve Aoki, and Major Lazer, as well as iconic commercials for popular brands like Meow Mix and 1-800-Contacts. This creative powerhouse was eventually acquired in 2015.
When he's not wearing his entrepreneur hat, Riesberg is an avid tennis fan, noted event producer, champion for dogs, and natural wine enthusiast. Before launching his businesses, he also worked in the talent department at WME Entertainment.
