TOOMAS ALLMERE

Toomas Allmere is a finance executive with over 25 years of experience, spanning various industries. He is well versed in strategic and operational planning, financial analysis and planning, cash management, and coordination of banking, audit, and business assessment activities. Having a fundamental understanding of blockchain technologies, Toomas is currently transitioning to the data science field. His goal is to merge his experience with gained fundamental knowledge in data science to bridge the gap between business and analytics. Toomas believes in effective data-driven solutions to business problems utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques. He recently graduated from Yandex.Practikum, an intensive 8-month program that focuses on data science, Python programming, and machine learning. During his study, he developed a diverse portfolio of machine learning models solving actual business problems across varied domains, including finance and marketing. Toomas studied at several institutions globally, including the Moscow Mining Institute and the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned the Professional Certificate in Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain Technology. Additionally, he served as the former CFO at RosSmaz, FSK Russkoe Zoloto, and NPZ Vita+, and was formerly the vice-chairman of the board of directors on economy and finance at ZAO OMK Prodmarket.
